Return Eligibility

• Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, opened cosmetics, skincare, and personal care items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed after the returned item is inspected.
• Approved refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error occurred on our side.
