Order Confirmation Policy

To reduce fake or unverified orders, all orders may be confirmed by our team via Call, WhatsApp, or Email before dispatch.
Orders that are not confirmed by the customer may be cancelled automatically.

Return Eligibility

  • Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare, cosmetic, or personal care products are not eligible for return unless received damaged or defective.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

  • The product

  • Packaging

  • Order label

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the refund approval status.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via bank transfer or original payment method where applicable.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

COD Order Refusal & Return Abuse Policy

Customers who repeatedly refuse confirmed Cash on Delivery (COD) orders without valid reason may have COD service restricted for future purchases, and future orders may require advance payment.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
