1. What payment methods are available?
Currently, we offer the following payment methods:
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Bank Transfer (Advance Payment)
2. How does Cash on Delivery (COD) work?
With COD, you pay cash to the courier at the time of delivery after receiving your parcel.
3. Why may COD orders require confirmation?
To reduce fake or unconfirmed orders, our team may contact you via call or WhatsApp for order confirmation before dispatch. Orders that are not confirmed may be automatically cancelled.
4. What happens if I refuse the parcel at delivery?
Unjustified refusal of confirmed COD orders may result in restriction of COD service for future orders, and future purchases may require advance payment.
5. Can I open the parcel before payment?
Most courier companies in Pakistan do not allow parcel opening before payment. However, if there is any issue after receiving the parcel, you can contact our support team and we will assist you according to our return policy.
6. How can I place an order through Bank Transfer?
At checkout, select Bank Transfer as the payment method. After placing the order, transfer the amount to the provided bank account and share the payment screenshot with our support team for order processing.
7. Are COD orders available in all cities of Pakistan?
COD is available in most major cities and serviceable courier areas. Availability may vary depending on courier coverage.
8. How can I avoid order cancellation?
To ensure smooth delivery:
Provide a correct phone number and address
Respond to confirmation calls/messages
Make sure someone is available to receive the parcel at delivery time
9. Can I change my address after placing a COD order?
Address changes are possible before shipment only. Contact customer support immediately for any updates.
